Seems like you configured the new switch into the stack wrong I have seen this happen before. It's like the stack MAC is wrong on your new switch.

Make sure you save your configuration first before you configure stacking easy-setup because once you do that good bye configs.
Also may want to look into upgrading you stacking XOS to 12.5.4.5 path 1-15 is stable. I think they have 12.5.4.5 patch 1-20 may want to check that out.

EIGRP is a Cisco proprietary routing protocol that derived from IGRP can't use EIGRP that on Extreme...OSPF or BGP depending on your network topology. Also see your running 12.4.2.17 had some issue with this XOS version may want to looking into that as well..

They all need to be the same XOS version.
The XOS version needs to be installed on the same partition for each switch.
The most stable stacking XOS I use is 12.5.4.5 patch 1-18
The number is a DID line. I have temporarly set the inc trk table to route the ani to a vdn then to a vector. the vector step says if ani= none disconnect. But I would really like to block all non ani calls at my trunk group or on a sytem setting.
