Does anyone know what causes a line to display LCKD when I stat it. Every once in a while the lines will stop ringing and when you stat the card you get LCKD as the status. Not IDLE or BUSY. Thank you in advance for your help!

Yes it is on a UPS and it has been swapped out. So I am looking at that too. Might have have a new one that is going bad. It's happened before! I'll also look to see what ver I am running on that one. Thanks

I think I might have some power problems in that building. I have to look at that. I will keep you all posted thanks for the help so far.
