If the operator transfers a call to an ext. or mailbox the callers ID does not follow, it appears as an internal call.
When the mailbox sends the wav file attached to the email there is no envelope or caller ID even thought in the configuration I am asking for it.

My customer has purchased a call recording system for the call center and the installer wants to mirror the ports of the Ip sets to record. Is port 7000 the correct port number and is it the only port number that would need to be mirrored?
No you would have to convert the core software on the 3.0 to 1.0 to use the back up. Go ahead and configure the 3.0 and enjoy the additional features. It should not take more then an hour without applications.

You do not mention the age of the BCM or software release, so I am going to assume it is an older unit with older software or upgraded software, but the software is not as relevant as the age of the box.

There seems to be an issue with my users who try to remote into vmail to retrieve msg. Vmail does not recognize the tones. ATT says there is not a way to change the freq. and I dont know of a way to get around this problem. This is happening on bcm50's as well as 4.0 NAM.
