My BCM 400 is not responding when clicking the get new update. I installed the new patch (BCM.R400.SU.DESKTOP.012_BCM_4.0: BCM.R400.SU.Desktop.012-200812) It will not let me remove it, tried factory default did nothing, reset button with a paper clip did nothing. So what can i do next to...
It was the last update that nortel put out. I wanted to wipe out the update and reinstall. How can i do that? because factory reset did not clean out the up date.

I am having a problem with my BCM 400. When i do the new update for the patches. it does not show that it was installed. so i reboot, shutdown the system reset to fact. default. nothing is working. So how do u do a level 2 reset on a BCM 400?
I am having problems with the Element Manager with BCM 450. After installing the new version from Nortel. the button will not work(get new update) and i can not get new updates? Any ideals? HELP
Just started in this field. I disable and re-enable. I tried new RJ-21 cables, a new block, new updates or patches, and did a level 2 reset and reloaded the keycodes and it still said the same thing. Basicly it's DOA. And we had to send it back to get a new one. i hope this helps.
