Through the phone you can do feature 983 on a bcm50.
If you are in element manager you can go to the voice mail manager button which will open the callpilot screen.

press F985 in a phone to get the CP DN. enter that DN in the Forward no answer field in active sets and set the number of rings before it picks up the call. this is assuming you already initialized the mailbox.
