    I think I found it in the software. That is where you split up the trace into smaller segments to make it easier to search and also small enough to email correct?

    I have a laptop set up with a port mirroring switch and running wireshark. We have pings going to show when it stops replying. Not sure what a "ring buffer" file is. Could you explain when you have time?

    After upgrade all worked but after several days, IPL DSP (84-26) is no longer ping-able and IP phones do not work. If you change the IP, everything works but stops again several days later. You can change it back to the original IP and it works again.

    Thank you RocketJTech and TouchToneTommy. I forgot to include that they already have a Viking UTI-1. It is also a basic paging application and I can't see paying for the Algo over the Cisco with a $300 difference unless you know of a reason why the Cisco would not work for this?

    WLAN 2245 password was changed by previous vendor and customer not aware of password. Is there a way to access without password? I have connected telnet over IP and serial. "Invalid password" for both connections.

    Sorry. I should have included more details. Calling DID of Desk phone that is set up to twin with cell. Both phones will ring. If I answer from my cell there is no sound on either end. once I connect back at my desk phone, cell disconnects and call is normal. re-invite supported is checked...
