Twinning call on ip office with SIP trunks. No voice until call is pulled back to desk phone.

Not much to go on here!

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Sorry. I should have included more details.

Calling DID of Desk phone that is set up to twin with cell. Both phones will ring. If I answer from my cell there is no sound on either end. once I connect back at my desk phone, cell disconnects and call is normal. re-invite supported is checked. (tried as unchecked). SIP Provider believes system is trying to re-establish voice without sending messaging.
Does anyone know of any setting that would effect voice. testing on 8.1(73) but will be installing on 9.0 When SIP trunks are ready for new system. I would rather not wait for cut to find out this feature is not working.

Thank you all

The feature works and works well, it's SIP that can need fine tuning depending on carrier and how they want/present things etc. Try turning on RTP keepalives for the trunk :)

I have had various issues with no voice on SIP if the connected router did not have SIP ALG turned ON. I have not tested much with twinning but call forward offsite was certainly affected.

Thank you all. It turned out to be "RTP Keepalives". All is now working.

Thanks for all the responses.

Thanks amriddle01. RTP keepalives on System/Lan/Voip. No search turned up that answer but when you go to it, that is what the description states.
I appreciate the help.
