    Do you have a VMPRO system? Might want to point that IPO to the voicemail server, and make sure the voicemail server as the right time. Alot of time servers block time requests that aren't from certain places (like universities) now.

    Just an FYI, not all PRI's will allow passing of original CID. Alot of the "dynamic" PRI's that I've worked with lock down what numbers can be sent, and usually it's only numbers that came with the PRI.

    According to the knowledgebase from avaya, callback from voicemail is supported in intuity mode if you hit 1 and then 0 after listening to the message...provided that caller id is available. I'm a little confused on whether or not this is still a supported function as it dosen't appear to work...
