    Is there a way to connect a viking announcer for wakeup calls to a definity? The site does not have an announcement board or speech synthesizer. They really want to use a viking. Is this possible? If so what kind of ports on the pbx are needed?

    lights wont turn off

    I have a definity g3v6 that the lights will light but they will not turn off, I can remove the light by using the clear amw all command, but that is the only way. They have an Innline 2020 vm and the codes are being sent but the switch is not turning them off. Any suggestions?
