Right click on the inetpub and go to the security tab. Give everyone full permission and allow this to be inherited to the subfolders. If this fixes your problem, then you know it's an NTFS permissions issue. One you have that figured out, you can restrict permissions from there. Good luck, jossung

Deklin: 2 things you may want to try. 1. upgrade to service pack 6a for nt4. 2. verify permissions on the IIS folders. The default IIS user is IUSR_<computername>, I think. I'd start with giving everyone full permission and throttle down from there. Good luck.
