Dead air in calls mostly by Medpro or congestion/ long path in network. Since you mentioned you have upgraded the medpro try reverting the FW of medpro.
By the way which medpro you are using? TN? HW? FW?

I have the same some problem in my LX and been resolved by configuring station in right sequence they punched into dialogic card. Pl check all the station carefully. Hope this help.
manoos" means manually out-of-service. pl busy and release the channels, if not resolved Pl check the telephone line and check the card if properly configured.
