I am using NICE perform release 3 (VOIP logger). NICE CLS call recording application has been installed on dell 1950 power edge with 2*146GB HDD SAS and RAID5, windows 2003 standard edition. From past 3 months this has a problem.
All of sudden its stop recording and there is no record icon in NICE monitor.
The only way to recover this, I have to restart all NICE CLS application dispatcher and CLS etc.. After restarting its working ok.
The error I am receiving in application is "communication failure", however I am able to ping other associate servers during incident. I am working with NICE at this moment but not able to find any positive RCA till date.
Any suggestion pl where is the fault?
