    thread940-1490467 I changed our shortcode which was 9N Dial N 50 to 6N Dial N 50 because users were dialing 911 by accident when trying to reach an outside line. We have recently realized that when users now accidentally dial 611 it dials 911 instead. Any help much appreciated.

    Tried two versions. Q2 and Q3 from the avaya download page. I believe from IP office version 4.2 and 4.0. Showing version 4.0 is installed now.

    Also when you goto dialing options on pc's that work you have the IP Office phone: xxxx with the extension # as a choice. On this pc you do not.

    Tom, that has been the case for all of my other installs. Works great, but this one is not working. TLPeter, avaya tapi is there and I can config user and pw but that does not help.

    Sorry, I was in IP office not VMPro. Ok, so I created a leave point. Then a voice question, then menu option and finally a leave mail option. Am I on the right track? I am confused on how to attach it to a users mailbox.
