When you outdial from this extension (fax) you get the correct caller id information? Can you dial internally to the 3 digit number associated with the fax and hit the fax machine? Is the fax set to auto answer (very common that the feature gets changed on the machine)...

If you are familiar with the normal password changing procedure in the Voice Mail system, you would simply call into the system and login as the Administrator. Go through prompts and I believe prompt 5 lets you change the Admin password. Good luck. Let me know if this works. taga44
