Have 2 new IPO 500 both have the same issue, I can get phone manager to work with digital phone but can not log in with IP phones 1608 on one and 9630 on the other. Also have a 1616 with 3 expansions that seems to work when it wants all upgrades are good and unit has local power any ideas thanks
I have a customer with 1600 series phones and seem to be having 2 issues 1 analog lines have a background noise 4 different lines 2 cards. 2 visual voice when you hit copy it doesnt give you the targets option so you cant forward a voicemail are these know issues with the new release thanks
Is there a way to trace the embedded voicemail messages that get sent via IMS. Have a customer who states missed 1 message to his outlook but received all the other. The computer company of course blames the voicemail, and we have no access to the exchange server does the voicemail get generated...
Just got a response back from Verizon and holy shit they said it was their problem had the wrong settings in their switch of course cant fix it with calling you rep surprise surprise will keep everybody informed thanks for all the help
I have an incomming call route of 2128221499 that points to ext 1499 for example but when they call out the main BTN is what is outpulsed.All of the short codes are at there default as far as I can see and the DID's use to outpulse with Broadview
I have a customer with a dual PRI from Verizon who would like to outpulse the DID's from each extention. This feature worked fine before switching to Verizon. Verizon appears unwilling or unable to get this to work. The customer has 300 DID's so building a short code for each is not an option...
the switches do not see each other i believe its a routing issue with the hp switches and the data vendor doesnt seem to know much about voip just want to see if i can give him some insite and myself also, udp and broacast ports that need to be opened etc
Instead of doing a broadcast in the IPO IP route i should put in the address of the ip office ?

Every IPO points to the ip of the IPO in site 3 and site 3 has 9 ip routes pointin to the ip in each remote site. They all have a ip route with 0.0.0.0, in the first 2 fields and the ip of the voice vlan gateway from the switch they are in ie ipo is 10.10.12.10 and has a gateway of 10.10.12.1...
I was under the assumption that if the broadcast didnt work the ip office didnt communicate, The scn right now doesnt work, I believe that i have everything programmed correctly, is there anything differnt i need to look at because its a vlan and not routers.
I am working on a 10 ipo scn that is linked with fiber to 10 HP layer 3 switches that the data vendor built separate voice vlans for each. I bult ip routes with the hp ip address as the gateway and have the scn in a star all going to 1 ipo. The data vendor cant get the broadcast from ipo to see...
Just wondering what issues anybody has had with the 4.1.12 upgrade going thru 1 now and getting killed. Short codes not supported moh needs reboot and now I am locked out and have a ticket open with Avaya seeing if there are any more know problems or fixes
