I have a problem with MoH in our CallManager.
I change the MoH audio as follows
-Selected file audio
-Convert file to PCM with dBpoweramp (PCM 16Khz,16 bits,mono)
-Upload file to CCM
-Replace audio file exist for new audio in option "Music on Hold Audio Source"
try a call is waiting...

my problme has been resolved
in the table AAR the string contain a route-pattern that not there.
change route-pat in the AAR table and change in the Route -pattern table the pattern using turnk 32
this will fix everything

Hi have a problem between Avaya Definity and Cisco Callmanager 5.1
Ip Trunk is in service and signaling in H.323
But when I dial from avaya sets to Cisco: i get an error tone and from Cisco sets to avaya sets: Call is OK

when i receive the third call the person who is calling gets ringback tone but my phone doesnt ring.

I Change all Trunk-group of definity System (specially Trunk-group 1) and the problem persist.
