Transfer mobile to moble by means of Avaya IP phone 1

Hello!!

I cant transfer call, when call me to celular phone and i can transffer to other celular, when i press transfer nothing happens at all, two call park in my Avaya phone.

The same way when i stablished a conference with two celular phone when a hung off the call, the call drop.

This makes me have few problems

someone idea???? [ponder]

This is done by design to prevent toll fraud. Discuss with your telcom admin if you have a business need to transfer calls off-net.

I Know it toll fraud, but i´m a part of telcom admin team and im a request it because bussines need to transfer calls off-net

what configuration apply in Definity System in order that work it?

Create a unique COS (Class of Service) and change "Restrict Call-Fwd-Off Net" to N. Give the new COS to the individual stations and/or agents who have this need.

I have a COS in option "Restrict Call-Fwd Net" with "N" and the problem persist.

The call drop when transfer o hung off call(Avaya IP Phone) on conference


 
One more step - change system features and set Trunk-to-Trunks Transfer to either "all" or "restricted". I think you'll need "all".

Remember, you're opening the toll-fraud door with this!

Try "list trace stat XXXX" on a station that you are trying to make a transfer from. What are the results?

Change the Disconnect Supervision on your trunk group (page 2).
