i have a customer who has a bcm400 Rls.3.7 with license for call center , he wants to customize some reports .. my question is : can i access the database generated by mysql server ,and how if yes ?

i have a problem , i hope u can help to solve it.
my problem is in skillset reports ,
for example, The skillset report of 01 June 08 shows 340 calls offered and 316 answered and 0 abandoned,
however, the CDN report shows 346 calls offered,
316 answered, 18 terminated & 12 abandoned...

i have a bcm 400 rls 4.0 , which stops displaying cdr records every one to two month and it displays empty screen...aftrer rebooting the system it works normal ...this problem occures every one to two months.
