hi guys

am new with SECC i have a problem i hope u can help to solve it , In the reports Application Delay Before Abandon and Application Delay Before Answer :In the first one the calls abandoned after threshold (10 sec)equals the all abandoned calls which is not right ; in and in the second report the calls answered after threshold (10 sec)equals the all answered calls , but in the report Skillet By Application it shows a right values for answered calls ,I set thresholds for application and skillet , I think the one for skillset is working but for application is not

How do you know that they are wrong? Where is the evidence?

Don't want to appear difficult but I am failing to understand why you think they are incorrect. Are you saying that compared to the application performance reports that the delay before abandon does not agree??

I have never known Symposium/CC6 reports to be inaccurate in any way, there is always a reason, so you are going to have to elaborate with more detail before we can get to the bottom of this.
