hi guys ,

i have a customer who has a bcm400 Rls.3.7 with license for call center , he wants to customize some reports .. my question is : can i access the database generated by mysql server ,and how if yes ?

Depends on your skills. If you have the Root password; then you can get into MySQL.

I've accessed it by setting up a Linked Server in MSSQL and query that way.
