Thanks to all who responded, the BCM is recovering fine now. Not only had they changed the published IP but had also given me the wrong subnet. Once i had that info i was able to get in. I added the latest patches including SU 3! System is running much better. Peace

Just a thought, Nortel confirmed a known problem with T-Mobile and AT&T cellular phones on the 3.0 not being able to get past the AA. You get a message saying that ext doesn't exist. They don't have an answer for it yet.
