    How to cancel line forward to VM system port

    We have norstar system with call pilot. We have enough number of mailbox. I added 2 DN's and enabled voicemail for them. But somehow VM is not working. The phone is keep ringing. Users already setup the password and recorded their name. what could be the problem.
