Phone just ringing not receive Voicemail

We have norstar system with call pilot. We have enough number of mailbox.

I added 2 DN's and enabled voicemail for them. But somehow VM is not working. The phone is keep ringing. Users already setup the password and recorded their name.

what could be the problem.
 
Under "Terminal and sets" you need to make sure that under "capabilities" / "Fwd no answer" points to your voicemail system port.
 
But older mailbox on older DN's are working.
 
The setting is per individual DN. If you look at an older DN that works, compare it to the new DN. You will probably find the older pointing to the proper port, but not the new one.
 
It's under the Telephony programming, not in Vmail. daplaza is correct. Ftr985, will display your pilot Vmail DN. Make sure telephone CFNA to pilot Vmail DN.
