All Ques work perfectly, short of one NAGGING issue.
One Que is set up to overflow to a hunt group. We decided to utilize the hunt group to be able to assign a distinct ring to callers. It will not route to the Hunt Group. It will...
Hi,
My Clients got rid of their Terminal Server and I lost remote admin access.
I thought remote administration would be a snap using a Public IP NAT'ed to my internal BCM IP. I had their IT guy NAT it, with all ports open, and NO ACCESS.
Anyone have any ideas? They will be upgrading to the...
My Client called and the said the reporting server is locking up when he tries to run a historical report.
System Specs:
MICS s/w rls 7.1
CP150 rls 3.1
Reporting Server Specs:
OS XP Pro w/ SP3

Any Ideas/Recommendations?

310:
Bad stimulus message received by DTI from KSU:
Record the event message and contact your local support group. Check the DTI connections. If the problem persists call the T1 service provider.
313:

NortelinSD,
Thanks for the tip.
I was actually trying to load studio recorded voice prompts for the Auto Attendant, but maybe this will work in this case. I will give it a go.
Do you know of a patch/fix for this issue?
Thanks
I know that the Doc's on the Cp100 can be misleading. I have a CP100 rls2.0. Reading carefully I found that you are unable to load voice files. Only the BCM version (also present in the CP100 Docs) can do this and import/export .wav or native encoding.
I also have a CP100 rls3.1. Docs state...
