BCM400 Rls3.7- Cant reach GUI via NAT

Hi,

My Clients got rid of their Terminal Server and I lost remote admin access.
I thought remote administration would be a snap using a Public IP NAT'ed to my internal BCM IP. I had their IT guy NAT it, with all ports open, and NO ACCESS.

Anyone have any ideas? They will be upgrading to the 450 rls 5.0 soon.
 
Yeah, we tried that too. It never worked. We use the modem for remote access now on the few 3.7's out there. It would never connect to the TLAN side on 3.7. It worked on 4.0 and 5.0 though.

Thanks. Good info. Yeah Dialup has been KILLING me. So 1980's! 5.0 is going in as soon as it gets delivered. Waiting list is long.
