RAD won't answer DID/Target line

MICS 6.1 wont answer a properly programmed Target line. Just rings.
Any Ideas?

If its an older RAD the firmware had to be upgraded so it could answer the higher numbered lines.

Thanks. Do you know where i can get the firmware and instructions for loading it on the RAD?
