Just migrated customer from Avaya to Cisco. Paging was working fine in Avaya with a Ground Start Trunk group.
Configured Cisco VGW with GS analog line and I can't get it to work. I changed the Bogen PCM2000 to Loop Start and reconfigured my Cisco analog port to Loop Start and still not working...
I figured it out. When I created the template it was creating soft keys automatically even know I didn't have any programmed. So there were duplicate buttons. I went into the template and deleted and changed the soft key buttons around and it worked.

I then created a template of that station.
I hit import data and pick that template.

Its a complex setup with multilingual languages.
Is there a way to set up a mailbox so there is no greeting and it just goes to the beep?

No they are using e911. It is using the caller DID to get the address from the Verizon E911 database. These are Verizon SIP trunks.
