We have an issue and we know its the ISP!! Our Office Avaya 9650 VPN phone works on one cable modem and doesnt work on the other one. We are getting nowhere with the ISP and I want to bang my head against the wall.
Why does the phone work on one cable modem and not the other. The cable modems are 100 feet away so we know they connect through the same CO. Please help.. What can I have my ISP look at or tell them to look at? Please help..
