I agree with you about a good font manager I have Font Expert which was suggested to me by Eugenetyson which allows for the seperate folder groups you can also make your own folders which is very handy for grouping favourites...
I am not a font freak or anything like that but how many fonts approximately can be safely installed before they are overloaded.
I realise you can only use one at a time and I guess you are most likely just to favour a couple but I just wondered if there is an upper limit

That is a very interesting programme and yes you can have different groups in folders, a little more complex than the freebies I guess that is why it is shareware.

I guess that is one way to find your fonts but hopefully somewhere there is a way to group sections of fonts so that small groups of favourites can be isolated in order to quick find.

It just goes to show you have to click the right functions
but then you have to know what the right functions are in the first place
