Programing CFW. This person wants to be able to press the CFW key and it will automatically go to the pre-determine number. Is it possible to do this. I'm able to program the CFW but when I enter the ext number I get SCH0356. Would appreicate any help and thanks in advance.

Is Procomm Plus compatiable with Windows XP.

Terminal emulation set to correct values. I can't type anything and I'm not getting any response from other connection. If I just open Procomm and not be connected to any other equipemnt, I still should be able to type on the screen....am I correct.

It's a direct connect-Com1. Nothing is showing on screen now.....I can't even type any characters plus nothing showing up from switch.
