CFW Key 1

Programing CFW.
This person wants to be able to press the CFW key and it will automatically go to the pre-determine number. Is it possible to do this. I'm able to program the CFW but when I enter the ext number I get SCH0356.

Would appreicate any help and thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention that I'm trying to program this on a 2008 set.

is cfw big enough? check to see if CFW 4 or CFW 10, CFW 12 etc. Going off-net?? put cfxa in CLS

try adding just the key first

key 1 cfw 4 <enter out>

Added key then cfw 4 and the extension......call forward is working fine and I have a happy supervisor.
