TTY port no working 2

Have Procomm Plus on my PC but for some reason I can't connect to switch via tty port. How do I test a tty port and should I out the port in LD 17 then program a new tty.

Was working last week but I was in the process of printing some tn's then it all stop working.

1st step is to get on a different port and check the status of the defective one in Ld 37. It may have just disabled and needs re-enabled.

you can loop pins 2 and 3 on the back of the pc.. then what you type will reflect to your screen

Did what both of you told me plus I reseated the card on the back plane and now I'm up and running on that tty port. Your help has been much appreciated and for that I've given both of you a star.
