    let you know what? There was no route plans in the report for 19xx other than what I put in for the translation pattern but the probably still presiste. I get a message when ic all the number that it is a non working number.

    This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. not sure what is wrong. It happens on all phones. Looking at QOS now.

    I will run that. We are receiving 4 digits from the phone company. We tried to change it to 10 digits and all we got was a fast busy until they moved it back to 4 digits.

    When an external call come in on the phone at one specific locations there is a 3 to 15 second delay before the person calling us hears us. Anyone got any ideas?
