Thanks for your reply. So, I guess you have to set up a VPN tunnel from one remote site to another if you want to communicate IP to IP. Right now, we have VPN's set up from the BCM to each IP, but not from IP to IP. Does that sound right? Thanks in advance.

So it was your C6 module that was screwy after all? Is there another easier way to verify this without having to go through a swap and reinstall from scratch?

Thanks for the help curlycord. We have DR5 DS and our voicemail is Startalk v.2.0.1. I think I better get a tech to have a look as per your instructions...it makes sounds complicated to me, and I don't want to screw things up. But a tech should understand what you said (I hope!) Thanks again.
Yes, we do subscribe to and pay for caller id. I also believe that is connected to one of the ports. There are 3 incoming lines, 2 for voicemail and 1 for caller id. All 6 are used. Any ideas?
