I would try Craig's suggestions first but I have found that numerous times a simple uninstall and reinstall of the client on the problem machines will resolve this issue.

I believe it is under hkey_local_machine/software Delete the commvault systems entry. you should then be able to reinstall the agent. Persoanlly I would deconfigure the client from the Comcell first and then hack it out of the registry before re-installing.

I am not sure about the maintenance contract issue, I would ask your Commvault rep about that. As far as the IP change, really easy, they send you a new license with the new IP, you change the IP, apply the license and you are done.
