How should i do to filter only the mobile calls in the telecom billing system report?.. i tried to filter using the digits dialled iption but still there are still in the reports that have the international and local calls.

Is there a way we can have an 2 option of like press 1 for last name or press 2 for first name to reach the person they want to call? currently we have only an option of pressing one option in which last name and first name at the same time.

yes they will record their personalize greetings to have an option like this "Please leave a message after the tone or press zero to be transferred to our receptionist" so how do i enable this?

it seems that the original setup here are in key 0 and an another user is in key 3 so if we would like to change all the key 0 to key 1 or something then we are likely to change all the 800 users here which mean it takes us time. and how do you mean by appears twice in the system and same phone?..

Our setup here are sharing seat in a 1140 phone and let say key 0 is 1234 then key 3 is 5678, since they are shared seat if we like to call forward the phone all the extension in the phone are affected so is there a way that only one extension is affected in call forward?..
