Blocking an outside call on an Opt 81

Can anyone tell me how to block an outside call, from an 800#, from reaching my swith. More specifically, like what load and steps to take. I thought BARS/NARS but that looked my like setup than blocking....so I'm unsure. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
