Hi All,
I have an equal balance of M3904 and M2616/display phones running off of my CS1000.
The Corporate Feature works great w/ the M3904, but is there a way to get the same function on M2616/displays?

Thanks Intrig!, i'm getting that far, but its asking for a password#. This is where i'm stuck and no on in this remote office has the passcode. I figure I'll have to reset it (am I right) and if so, where do you do this.

Hello All,
I'm a CS1000 administrator, but due to a recent layoff, I've been tasked to update the auto attendant at one of my sites.
I can get into IP Office Manager, but I don't see anywhere to change the passcode to one of the prompts?
Can anyone provide a few simple step by step...
Thank you all.
Was able to remedy the problem by adding LDTA to the Class.
Found this helpful hint here from 2009 so i tried it and line answers & drops like a champ!
Thank you all

Hi All,
I have a polycom soundstation connected to an analogue port off of my CS1000.
Dialing in/out - no problem, but if the caller hangs up, the call stays connected (no new dial tone).
Anyone heard of this and knows how to fix?

If you're using PuTTy, do a simply copy & paste.

This is going to list all of your analogue lines.
Now go to the upper left corner of the screen (near the IP address) and select COPY ALL TO CLIPBOARD
Go into Excel and Paste.

Sounds like it telling you that the extension you're trying to building is already part of another extension. For example, you wanted to build 9129. I bet you that you already have an extension with 912 somewhere. So...

Before throwing away the phone you replaced, you should check the firmware on the phone itself.
Working from home, so I don't have the latest revision, will post later.

Since MM has reached its EOL, it might be time to look for a replacement, and moving on to CP might be the best option (if you're staying w/ the CS1000).
1st, I wouldn't continue trying to boot the thing up for fear of corrupting and/or losing your data.
Take into consideration how much its...
Hello All,
