Hello All,
I'm a CS1000 administrator, but due to a recent layoff, I've been tasked to update the auto attendant at one of my sites.

I can get into IP Office Manager, but I don't see anywhere to change the passcode to one of the prompts?
Can anyone provide a few simple step by step instructions?

The auto attendant plays now,
Press 1 for ...
Press 2 for ...
Press 3 for Accounts payable (I want to change this to say, Please call ###.###.####, then hang up)
Press 4 for Employment (I want to change to a recording also, then disconnects)
etc.

dial *84<AA number> to change the recording "Press 1 for… etc

Thanks Intrig!, i'm getting that far, but its asking for a password#. This is where i'm stuck and no on in this remote office has the passcode. I figure I'll have to reset it (am I right) and if so, where do you do this.

A AutoAttendant doesn't require password only voicemail boxes do.

Did you try to login on IP Office Manager with Administrator/Administrator or Manager/Manager or Operator/Operator?
these are the default accounts and many installers only change the Administrator account password (dummies).

Tou also can try to open the security settings using the account/password security/securitypwd.

If all fails then only a local reset of the security settings remains, i think there is a FAQ on that.
Be aware that resetting the security settings to default has impact on the attached software/hardware like One_X, VM Pro, Xima, IP DECT and more.
