Seeking Option 11 tech for remote access

Is anyone here in business of supporting PBX's remotely ?

I am an experienced voice / data field tech but don't have much (none) Nortel experience. A new customer approached me recently with the need of having their Option 11 supported.

I'm seeking someone to partner with to remotely support this site.
