I do have the time out option set for 3 seconds, but when 4 is pressed it goes immediately to the hunt group no waiting for more dtmf.

Using VMPro menu single digit 4 to transfers to a hunt group and i also have option 4??? to transfer to $KEY for extension. I know that Avaya does not support this but it should work. Does anyone have this working on there system?

Thaks for all of your help, Here's the fix, I had to build a second dummy ext that is forwarded to the first hunt group, if nobody answers there it forwards to the second hunt group, that hunt group only has one member, extension 300,which is forwarded offsite. That is the only way I could get...

I have a IPO 500 6.0.8 have built a hunt group with 2 users, if noone answers it goes to a hunt group with one member that is a dummy user that is forwarded off site. Not working. 2nd hunt is sequential, dummy user has all forward options except fwd to vm. It is not working any ideas?

One system DHCP is disabled and the other is set to client.

I have seen this twice now. IPO 500 with load 5.0(15) deletes a hunt group when changes are made that require a soft reboot. has anyone come across this?
