I have seen this twice now. IPO 500 with load 5.0(15) deletes a hunt group when changes are made that require a soft reboot. has anyone come across this?

try taking it up to .18

Make sure the LAN ports are not set to DHCP client. thats what i have seen do this.

this is a bug on 5.15 and has been fixed in 5.18.
