We have a prospect with a BT IPOffice which was installed a few months ago.
They have fallen out with BT and have asked us to move the system -
Can we move it and get BT to carry out a Maintenance Acceptance Test or would be be better off keeping well clear?
Many thanks
ok, thanks

Standard configuration system on ISDN30, no IP. 10 extensions.
Has been happy for several years but now triggers a reset of the keysets, on average every 24 hours but maybe twice one day and then not for three more days. It is not a full system...
Hello all,
We are using Gamma SIP trunks and an IP500 9.0.0.0 build 829.
If we set up the SIP trunk on our WAN and make a call in on the ISDN, forward it out over the SIP, it displays the CLI of the incoming call which is what the end user wants for the out of hours support mobile.
If we load...
Hello all,
Customer was using analogue lines and *21* diversion for calls to out of hours support mobile. Happy customer.
Now they have IP500 R9 on ISDN and forwarded calls present the bearer number. Not a happy customer !
We have a pair of Gamma SIP trunks and have now requested 'CLI...

Hi All,
New IP500 R9
Customer wants calls in to go to AA with 5 groups.
Out of hours, all calls to go a mobile.
I can’t work out how to set ‘night service’ with a single button –
Setting each group in/out is rather long winded and I can't see how to set a sort of night service on the AA
They...
Hello, I am sure someone has a neat solution !
Customer with IP500v2 has an Access database with around 5000 customers and would like to know who is calling before picking up the phone.
It doesn't have to be live data, an export every couple of weeks or so would still give a 99%+ hit rate.
The...
Here's a good one for you all.

Thank you for suggestions - have just fixed it.
Turns out that calls from the SIP trunks look as though they are from extensions, and the software was only looking for calls from lines !
Can anyone help with this one ?
Calls in via ISDN2 are able to fire up the database record but SIP calls are not.
CLI is presented to the phones correctly, and TAPI data seems to be showing correctly in Monitor but something is not quite right.

Two sites connected via SCN, but site 2 has bandwidth issues so the third call is unintelligible. Is there a way of setting the site 1 so that the third and fourth calls go out over the ISDN? What is the best way of minimizing the bandwidth used? Thank you.
Hi all,
Customer is a busy call centre, answering calls on behalf of several companies.
Calls in go to hunt groups and then go to an agent. A TAPI command pops a script and Phone Manager is also used as a quick reference if they need to find a number (to save going in to the main database)...
Hi all,
Prospect wants callers to be able to pay bills by credit card, without any human interaction. This needs to link in to the bank processing systems. I would imagine that VM Pro with TTS would be able to handle the front end but I don't know about the back end integration. There must be...
