and call pilot rls 4.5
How do i set up to allow access ports to works, have tried and in the scipt it skips over the voice segment part

Just wondering what the channel id of the access port is supposed to be in the call pilot configuration.
The Tn that coincide with this is 19,4 19,5 which are acd dns

Yea we tried that a couple of times and nothing still the same thing
The other thing is that we uninstalled the software(real time diplayes) which used a dongle and after that it stopped working

Element manager 3.0
Went to log onto element manager and it was unable ro find the dogle, prior to this there hae been no problems.
The only change has been that we installed software that required a dongle. After installing this the dongle for the element manager no longer...

the time in the pbx is right. The problem is only when a message is left the time that the call pilot says the massage was left is one hour ahead
Is there any patches that need to be installed onto the pabx or could it be the aml link that is changing the time.
the time is right on everything, it is only when a message is left that the time will be 1 hour ahead. i have also installed the dst patch??
running cs100 rls 4.5 symposium
When ever some has a msg the time for the msg will be 1 hour forward. The time on the call pilot is right it is just, messaging that is out. i have installed the dst patch and the problem still occurs.
