Is there any patches that need to be installed onto the pabx or could it be the aml link that is changing the time.
the time is right on everything, it is only when a message is left that the time will be 1 hour ahead. i have also installed the dst patch??
running cs100 rls 4.5 symposium
 
What Call Pilot version are you running? (Not sure if you are running CS1000 4.5 or CP 4.x).
 
after the DST patch is installed, you need to run config wizard and make sure the time zone is in the correct setting for your area, even if it is set right you still need to reboot the CP after running the wizard.

Also the "automaticly adjust clock for daylight saving" check box needs to be checked.
