Someone ever tried a Telfort SIP trunk on an Avaya IP Office 500? Besides authentication, are there special settings to be done? Because i can't get it to work the "normal" way.
I searched for it in this forum, but i couldn't find anything about this subject.
Did you first make the queue i.e. CCR BTC, and drag it to the right? From there you should be able to drag and drop any queue statistics and/or Agent statistics you want. Even in Administrator mode.

Upgrade to 8.0.9.62 resolves your Park problem, only i experience that in this version the "status" keeps hanging until the next call appears. Have you experienced somethjing like this?

I like the 96xx very much too. Just played with the USB port on the 9640. Very nice! You can put your USb stick in the phone and it wil log on with your phone number and your personal contacts. Also you can use the display as a digital photoframe (or company logo)
