Is anyone aware of coordinating dialing problems between these two systems using T1 with release 7.0 and 5.0. We have this working with a prior releases with no problem, but seem to run into an issue once the PBX is upgraded to 7.0 or higher. We have several MICS's in the field working in schools.

You will need to make sure you have a route and destination code to the remote site. And make sure you have allow redirect allowed on each of the sets.
When we were trying to upgrade a 3.7 to 4.0 (BCM400) the CDR records had the hard drive full and Nortel had to web in to clean up before we could complete the upgrade. In additon the Call Center was not being used, and the system was still housing the records.
The have an auto dial button labeled "Help" and when it is pressed it dials the bogus Dn that happens to be an Answer Dn on everyones telephone. Sorry about the confusion. I will attempt this application with 40 sets...Thanks again

It can be, and I had it working once before by using the Alternate Extension field on the main mailbox. However now I am trying to recreate this with a remote user and now the second number will not forward to the first mailbox?
