I have a BCM 400 that has a couple of issues, namely the inability to apply patches.
The reason being is with the alarms is Alarm: 11201 "File system / near or at its capacity"
Anyone seen this?
When we were trying to upgrade a 3.7 to 4.0 (BCM400) the CDR records had the hard drive full and Nortel had to web in to clean up before we could complete the upgrade. In additon the Call Center was not being used, and the system was still housing the records.
1. NTP daemon's log file "filegen" is not currently managed by log rotate and
the file could grow indefinitely. When managed by logrotate, a size limit
is enforced.

2. Unable to apply patches due to Disk space exhaustion.
The /var/log partition gets filled up completely due to kernel crashes and
other large files. This partition will be cleaned up as necessary.
This fix addresses the issue.

3. The One Button Text "feature inactive"
SCD failed to start the One Button Text process because of some missing
startup scripts.

4. Unable to apply patches due to Disk space exhaustion.
Binary files in /var/log are removed now when free disk space becomes low.
