I would like to have one computer check multiple voicemail boxes using Desktop Messaging. Does nayone know if this can be done?

I have many more licenses than we are using in the system.

In this case when I go to control panel, mail, and attempt to add another CallPilot Desktop Messaging (MAPI) account I get back a message that says you can only have one. I included a screenshot.

I can add another account as a IMAP account using the MB#@FQDN format but it pulls down the messages in the Nortel .vbk format and does not convert them to wav when I forward them to Non-Nortel users via email.

I also posted this on the Norstar Forum so please forgive me if all the same people read it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It can be, and I had it working once before by using the Alternate Extension field on the main mailbox. However now I am trying to recreate this with a remote user and now the second number will not forward to the first mailbox?

Thanks for the response. I have been playing with it off and on. I have not been able to get it to work yet.

If I figure it out I will post how I did it.

Thanks again.
