EXMerge trouble-why won't it work?
Administrator doesn't have full permissions by default. See Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 273642. It helped when my exmerge didn't run properly.- scrlet

Backup Exec job will not ABort
And I have the same problem on win2K server, BackupExec v8.5 and services won't stop. I have to reboot. Is there no other way? SkRlet- scrlet
